Shipping and handling charges
are in addition to product prices. They are based on the merchandise
value to each shipping address. KC Candies will ship all merchandise
UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Merchandise will arrive in 3-5 business
days. Expedited shipping is also available.

We are not responsible for
incorrect addresses provided by the customer. There is an additional
delivery charge for re-delivery due to an incorrect address. We
cannot ship to PO boxes.
All KC Candies products are
handmade upon receipt of your order. Please allow up to 5 days
to process your order and prepare it for shipment. If a specific
delivery date is desired, please contact us directly with that information.
Warm Weather Shipping
All KC Candies products are
heat sensitive, therefore, during warm weather months
(May 1st through
September 30) UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air is required.
Cold packs will be included in your package to further ensure freshness.
